Privacy Policy

• Agent account data: full name, email, username, WhatsApp number, and password (hashed) stored via our auth provider.
• Client access data: name and email entered by a client on the public portfolio page to unlock access.
• Uploaded content: property images, PDF brochures, descriptions, prices, and status that you upload to your dashboard.
• Engagement & tracking data: which listings were viewed, how long they were on screen, WhatsApp clicks, and queries raised — tied to the client session so the agent can follow up effectively.

We use the data to: (a) provide and improve the platform; (b) generate AI descriptions and investment theses; (c) let agents track client interest and follow up; (d) send service emails (verification, support responses); (e) ensure security and prevent abuse.

When a client enters their name and email to view a portfolio, they consent to having their listing views, time-on-screen, WhatsApp interactions, and queries recorded for the agent's follow-up. This disclosure is shown clearly on the access screen before any data is entered. Clients can withdraw consent by contacting the agent or emailing us.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third parties. Data is shared only: (a) between the agent and their own clients via the portfolio interface; (b) with our infrastructure provider under strict data-processing terms; (c) when legally required by UAE authorities.

Under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (PDPL), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention limits).
• Export your data in a portable format where technically feasible.
• Withdraw consent for data processing at any time.

We use industry-standard measures: TLS encryption in transit, encrypted database storage, hashed passwords, and row-level access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection against all breaches.

PropFolio Hub is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has submitted data, please contact us immediately.
